I am writing this letter on behalf of Royal Time Saver., and to give you peace of mind should you choose to use their services.
Before I started using Royal Time Saver to clean, I had contracted an individual to clean my home every two weeks. I was always satisfied with her work, but her schedule was not consistent and at times weeks went by without my house being cleaned. When we parted company, and I then contracted Royal Time Saver, I was immediately impressed with the level of detail and care given each time the house is cleaned. Frequently extra things are taken care of that I have not expected. As an example, following the Holidays, I had boiled something over in the oven. When I came home after that cleaning, they had cleaned the inside of the oven without me asking! They continue to exceed my expectations almost every time they clean the house, and I know you will not be disappointed if you contract them for any of their offered services.
Another aspect of Royal Time Saver that appealed to my husband and I, is that Royal Time Saver is pet friendly. We have two Doberman Pinschers, that are like our children, and they took the time to get acquainted with them prior to cleaning and now Marion and Marie are welcomed members of the family. We feel very comfortable and safe with them in our home and would highly recommend them to anyone.

To Whom It May Concern:
We met Marie Terlecki and Marion Valentine in October 2007 when our daughter began attending a daycare at which both Marie and Marion worked. When we found out that Marie and Marion had their own business, Royal Time Saver, we of course instantly felt comfortable having them in our home. We had recently let go a cleaning service for over charging on hours and under performing on the job. However, given the previous months in which we had come to know Marie and Marion well as caretakers for our daughter, we decided to call Royal Time Saver to see if they could do a weekly cleaning of our home. Marie and Marion are honest, prompt, thorough, and willing to adjust their cleaning patterns to meet our changing needs. We also have three dogs and wanted to find a company that was comfortable working with our animals in the home. Marie and Marion come weekly for a general cleaning. Often we leave no directions, and they do a general cleaning and organizing. However, if we need a specific area targeted, a simple note on the counter is all it takes to include that area in the cleaning. They have also been very amicable to coming in for special occasions or staying additional time to help organize a closet or clean the nursery toys for our second child's arrival. In addition, Marie and Marion have been very helpful in managing the construction dust as we have done many recent upgrades to our home, including new kitchen counters, doors, finishing the basement, etc.
For us, the key aspect in having someone in our homes when we are not here is trust. Given our year of experience with Marie as the lead teacher in our daughter's daycare room, we know of her strong character and morals and feel no concerns in giving her complete access to our home. Marie talks often of her sons, and Marion of her son and daughter, and they are both family oriented people. In a classroom with 15-20 toddlers, they each kept their entire room clean and in order. Given how we saw them manage that situation, we knew they could easily manage the mess from three dogs and one child. Marion and Marie have been a blessing to our family – we no longer vacuum, scrub kitchens and bathrooms, or dust. Weekends are about family time, not cleaning. They also are willing to get groceries, do laundry, pet sit, and many other chores if need be. I highly recommend Royal Time Saver, based on both their thorough cleanings and high moral character.
